Shopping bags - we all need them don't we? It feels like another lifetime when we used plastic bags. Times change and we've all learned how to love the world a bit more, and now it's part of the checklist for leaving the house - keys, money, phone, shopping bags... So here's one from me, a quote I stumbled across and liked, and a monk I drew because it felt like a good fit. I think it's not a bad thing at all to have these little messages about us as we're out and about, and if we can make just one person think then it's a job well done. The more positive energy we can send out into the world the better in my opinion - it certainly can't do any harm. This design is called 'Silent Sage' and it's available on the bags, but also on a range of clothing - t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts. Just browse the collections and find the style you like, everything is offered in more than one option so hopefully you'll be able to find something you'd like to wear - and if not then please let me know and we'll see what we can do.

It's getting a bit more autumnal now in the UK, the rain we've had all year is carrying on but now it's torrential, and with strong winds to boot. There's a lot of talk about climate change lately and I have to say it does feel very different to the weather patterns I grew up with, we don't seem to have so much separation between the seasons now and there's more extreme weather than I remember... It feels right to point out the methods I use to ship my garments around the world. Everything is made to order, and I use a production company that has fulfilment centres all over the world, so that means that when you order something from my store it'll be produced in the location closest to your address, and shipped from there. It's important to me to keep my carbon footprint down as much as possible, I love this beautiful planet and I want to do as much as I can to help prevent the crisis we seem to be heading into.

As for what's new this week it's been another slow one, some time spent playing with paint and pens, and I do have a design I quite like for a new set of mugs, so hopefully I'll be able to get that online in the next day or two. Mainly though it's been a time to be kind to myself, insomnia isn't the easiest of things to work through but I'm working in some lifestyle changes and I think I'm starting to see signs that it's helping, so with any luck it won't be too long before I'm feeling much more dynamic and able to attack every day... I hope so anyway! As ever I would love to hear from you so do feel free to drop me a line via email or the comments below. Have a great week, Caroline.
